Are units equipped with Natural Gas?
Calgarians love to barbecue, so all of our homes include a natural gas line on the patio.
Natural gas is safer, cheaper and cleaner. Plus, you don’t have to haul that big heavy propane tank up to your home!
Are the units non-smoking?
All of our developments are non-smoking.
Neither cannabis nor smoking cigarettes are allowed inside or on the patio.
Do I need A/C in my new home?
Yes and no.
If you have a home that has south or west facing windows, it might be a good idea.
We offer a full A/C insulation ready for when you move in or the option for a rough-in if you think you might want to install it later down the road.
What is within walking distance of Carrington Square?
Carrington Green is a brand new retail centre with a grocery store, restaurants, shops, retail spaces all within walking distance.
Ditch the car and walk across the street for all your basic needs.
What is there to do outdoors at Carrington Square?
Folks who love spending time outdoors will love Carrington. You can walk or bike down our pathways for free all year long.
For families with kids, Carrington also features an innovative playground, as well as a fully functioning skate park with two quarter pipes and ledges.
